Sycamore Hall is a small independent school for children between the ages of 4 – 11 years. It has been owned and run for thirty years by Jane Spencer, our Headmistress.
Our dedicated experienced staff will ensure your child is given the best possible chance of reaching their full potential and succeeding in life.
Our school offers pupils a unique educational experience in a caring, family atmosphere. At Sycamore Hall we believe that a child should be allowed to experience the joys of childhood. We provide a traditional style education based on the principles of honesty, integrity and hard work. Pupils are encouraged to set themselves high standards of academic work and behaviour, and to maintain the school's happy, family atmosphere. Our school's reputation is built on a friendly, welcoming environment and produces confident, but considerate pupils.
Our school is conveniently located close to the centre of Doncaster and easily accessible from the whole of South Yorkshire and much of West Yorkshire .
The school is housed in an attractive building with play areas and gardens. There is easy access to a games field and swimming baths
The school's motto is ‘ Floreat Arbor Scientiae' (may the Tree of Knowledge flourish) and we ensure that our curriculum is constantly reviewed to provide the most appropriate education for our pupils.
